The structure of thesis: consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusions and recommendations, annotations in Romanian, English and Russian languages, bibliographic resources (299), 148 pages of main text containing 6 applications.
The purpose of the paper is to study the political conditions of MASSR intelligentsias formation, life and activity.
Оbjectives: of given research are to review the CPSU (b) personnel policy the intelligensia role in the national construction of the MASSR, of persecution motives and methods of intelligensia during the repressive actions in MASSR.
Scientific novelty of research paper represented by the formulated principles of state policy of the totalitarism regime in relation to MASSR intelligentsia, the sources of MASSR intelligentsia formation, are analyzed and the repressive essence of the totalitarism policy is summarized. The important scientific problem solved in researched field presentation of the political conditions of MASSR intelligentsias formation, life and activity that led to the objective evaluation of its role and place in the national-state building of autonomy, the identification of specific features of the policy totalitarian regime in relation to intellectuals.
Theoretical importance of the study is expressed in scientific argumentation of research results and conclusions in which the MASSR intelligentsia position is characterized and the aggressive totalitarian actions selectivity in relation to MASSR intelligentsia is meant. Practical value. The results of research can be used when writing works on MASSR history and subject of totalitarism.
Implementation of scientific results. The obtained research results can be used in
research and teaching activity, at the achievement of monographs, textbooks, teaching materials
at Universal History and Romanian History.
